Job Requirements:

• Must enjoy working with all age groups and be willing to escort individuals or groups on sightseeing tours while driving 14 to 24-passenger vehicles.
• Describe tour points of interest to group members and respond to questions.
• Must pass sightseeing exam and be licensed in Niagara Falls USA and Niagara Falls Ontario.
• Must be able to enter and exit Canada and the USA.
• Professional manner and appearance, positive attitude, possessing good organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, read maps, maintain records, complete incident reports when necessary, and assist with passenger boarding and disembarking.
• Must be willing to upgrade to valid CDL with passenger endorsement license.
• Clear MVR.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Willing and able to abide by federal, state and local regulations.
• Willing to comply with all company policies, including random drug and alcohol screenings. Must attend all mandatory meetings.
• Smooth operational skills with excellent defensive driving skills; we want drivers who are willing and able to treat our vehicles as if they were their own.
• Ability to perform daily pre and post-trip inspections, as well as basic maintenance tasks (e.g. adding oil and coolant, or adjusting tire pressure when necessary).
• Availability must be flexible. Tour guides should be available each week from April to October. The nature of the business requires that our tour guides are available over summer holiday weekends. They need to be extremely flexible with scheduling, and available on an as-needed basis.
• Customer service or sales experience a plus.
• Foreign languages a plus.
